"Right now people selected have to wait up to two years or more to receive a dog," she said.

We can't make it more efficient by selecting people who've always worked in government.

"We are selecting people who will improve the quality of a work force," he said.

Why have all these people been selected for this project?

All the people selected for the work are very much aware of their origins in another country.

For the most part, we'll be stuck with the task of trying to select people based on their appearance in court.

The organizers then go through all the applications and make sure to select only people working with technology directly.

"Quite often, we select people who have done work of comparable size and expertise," he said.

"We made an effort to select people who haven't made it yet."

That meant selecting people who had already shown themselves to have these desirable characteristics.
