Many of these conditions occur in children, although much more rarely.

This most often occurs in children between the ages of 8 and 14.

It occurs in children younger than 15 years of age.

About half of these cases occur in children younger than two years old.

Another 2,602 cases, or 25 percent, occurred in children from 1 to 4 years old.

The majority of cases (65%) occur in children under 15 years old.
