I instituted this because the kids were becoming resistant to being told what to do.

The assumption was that black kids could sit next to white kids and become smarter.

Despite these concerns, kids who don't have cell phones are quickly becoming the minority.

"These kids are becoming more aware of how it is to be themselves," he said.

The older kids were becoming teenagers, and the younger ones .

There are no limits on what the kid can become.

"We know that the longer the time served, the more dangerous kids become."

"We are very concerned that kids are becoming infected during their high school years through drug use or sexual activity," she said.

"When the young kids have become more American, that's when you'll see them getting involved a little more."

But the kids, the consumers, were already becoming bored with this particular fireworks display.
