Mark Hurd, former CEO of Hewlett-Packard, has joined Oracle as a 'co-president'

Mr. Lane, who is 53, joined Oracle in 1991 from Booz-Allen & Hamilton, where he headed the information technology consulting group.

Ms. Catz was at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette before joining Oracle last year.

He joined Oracle in 1982 when it had only 30 employees and the revenue was about four million dollars a year.

Prior to joining Oracle, Phillips was a Managing Director with Morgan Stanley where he currently serves as a director.

Joe Lockhart, the former White House press secretary, joined Oracle as senior vice president.

Mrs. Norris, who joined Oracle four years ago, was recently promoted for a third time, to director of global strategies for Oracle's pricing and licensing unit.

Davidson joined Oracle in 1988, as a product manager in Oracle's financial software business unit.

Mr. Lane joined Oracle in 1991 from the consulting firm Booz, Allen & Hamilton, where he had headed the information technology consulting group.

Ms. Catz joined Oracle in April 1999, and she has been a board member since 2001.
