North Dakota permits adoption by individuals and the law does not expressly ban LGBT people from adopting or having custody of children.

It expressly bans kickbacks, payoffs and so-called revenue sharing arrangements.

During the 1983 session, Mr. Matthews recalled, Mr. Clinton spent so much time in the House members' lounge buttonholing lawmakers that the Legislature passed a rule expressly banning the Governor from their private domain.

Other pending bills would expressly ban LGBT foreigners from entering the kingdom or receiving residency permits as well as plans to instruct children's teachers in apparent warning signs of homosexuality or cross-dressing, so that the children can be punished.

As my fellow Member said earlier, this Treaty expressly bans reproductive cloning because it is prohibited in the Charter of Fundamental Rights.
