Peace is our only option at this point and this conference brings an opportunity to change Somalia in the interest of Britain and the international community who are threatened by its never ending instability and tribal chaos.

After a chaotic period of parliamentary democracy, Sukarno established an autocratic system called "Guided Democracy" in 1959 which successfully ended instability and rebellions which were threatening the survival of the diverse and fractious country.
