On July 23, 2010 Relativity acquired the 45-person marketing and distribution staff of Starz' Overture Films.

Jack Goes Boating is a 2010 romantic comedy film from Overture Films and Relativity Media.

Later, other bidders began bidding on Miramax and Liberty Media's Overture Films as well, which their respective owners have put up for bidding.
