THE Museum of the American Hungarian Foundation here devotes itself to the work of artists who were born in Hungary but lived and worked elsewhere.

Mr. Ispanky is an especially prolific sculptor whose exhibition at the Museum of the American Hungarian Foundation here presents many diverse aspects of his endeavor.

If only for that reason, it is worth visiting the Vasarely exhibition at the Museum of the American Hungarian Foundation here.

So it is with the American Hungarian Foundation, whose headquarters is a fairly brutal-looking yellow concrete building on New Brunswick's downtown fringe.

"Everywhere a Foreigner and Yet Nowhere a Stranger" is at the American Hungarian Foundation, 300 Somerset Street, New Brunswick, through April 25.

August J. Molnar, the president of the American Hungarian Foundation, said the changes taking place on the street were expected, reasonable and impossible to control.

The American Hungarian Foundation also plans to expand there.
