The Foundation hosted three separate courses in 2010; a break from the tradition of a single winter course.

Since 2006, the Foundation has hosted "The Bloggers Briefing", a meeting of conservative and independent bloggers organized by Robert Bluey.

Beginning in November 2004 in Los Angeles the Foundation has hosted an annual Gala featuring dinner, live and silent auctions and entertainment.

In 2003, the Foundation hosted the first Ugandan Hip Hop Summit and concert at Club Sabrina's in Kampala.

The Foundation has hosted United States presidents, first ladies and several vice presidents.

In 2010, the Foundation hosted its 17th Annual Conference.

The Foundation is most active during the preparations and hosting of the Annual Dinner, which it co-sponsors with WITA.

The Foundation has also hosted or co-hosted a number of workshops and symposia on topics such as extreme weather and Arctic climate, and provides support to international project offices.

In 2007 and 2008 the Foundation hosted journeys for families which combined a restorative experience along with educational and therapeutic services.

In 2011 the Foundation hosted a forum in Tunis, Tunisia, on Africa's agricultural development, food security and rural development.
