"It lasts a long time with that one egg," said the Duck who sat there.

"I'll bet you a million dollars we can," the Duck said.

Even Blue Duck, who far preferred the rifle to the bow, did not say anything.

"I guess Steve isn't going to show up," Duck said.

"Then you will have to stand it," said the Lonesome Duck.

He offers his services, and Duck says the others will give him a call, asking for his phone number.

"One thing I'll say for you people," the Duck said some time later.

"You must be reading my mail," the Duck said.

"A lot of people have that reaction to me," the Duck said, but I could tell he was relieved by the general response.

"I still say people are going to see this," the Duck said.
