A recent complaint to the Corporation about the activities of a sub-grantee relating to alien representation raised the issue presented to the Commission.

In a designated area of combat operations, the term PSC includes any personnel providing protection of the personnel, facilities, property of a grantee or sub-grantee at any level, or performing any other activity for which personnel are required to carry weapons in the performance of their duties.

If you are proposing a sub-grantee or partner, provide a detailed budget for their expenses.

(Note: If you expect to use a sub-grantee to implement any portion of your proposal but do not identify the specific sub-grantee at this time, you must obtain Grants Officer approval of the subaward and its related budget prior to the sub-grantee starting work under any grant awarded against your proposal.
