All the windows are round-headed with roll-moulding, those in the chancel being narrower than elsewhere.

Below the gable, at the attic level, is a louvred round-arched window surrounded by roll-moulding.

The joints of necks and bodies of jugs and jars were often masked with a roll-moulding.

As can be seen in Viollet-le-Duc's diagram, left, there was normally a roll-moulding on both the inside and outside of the windows, which made the mullions appear even more slender than they actually were.
