The Office of Mobile Sources is the national center for research and policy on air pollution from highway and off-highway motor vehicles and equipment.

Richard Wilson, the director of the Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Mobile Sources, said the regulations would require refiners to reduce the amount of sulfur, beginning in 2000.
"Mobile Sources" include motor vehicles, marine vessels, aircraft and the effect of sound etc.
"It's obviously a mistake to have two solutions to one problem," said Richard D. Wilson, the director of the Office of Mobile Sources at the Environmental Protection Agency.
