Brent geese were once only to be found on or very near the coast in winter.

It is a nature reserve and is a feeding ground for overwintering Brent geese.

This species is unmistakable, but can be surprisingly difficult to find amongst Brent Geese due to its small size.

This in turn enhances the suitability of the pasture for Brent Goose.

The development of an arctic climate changed the breeding behaviour of Brent geese.

Brent geese fly in long low wavering lines.

You might also see gadwall, Brent geese and Bewick's swans.

We stayed mainly near the shore and saw ringed seals and a nice flock of Brent geese.

Of particular interest is the internationally important population of Brent Geese who inhabit the estuary.
