Richie speaks with Ian Bick, who spent three years in federal prison for fraud and is how an advocate for prisoner rehabilitation. Ian has had to face a lot of embarrassment and uncomfortable conversations where people rudely judged him for what he did in the past.  Ian talks about how he handles rude comments, prejudgment, and overall what it means to move forward and be positive, regardless of what anyone thinks of you.
